The Friends of UACHS is seeking nominations for two open offices: Vice-President and Recording Secretary.

 

If you are interested or would like to nominate someone, email [email protected] with a short statement about which office you would like to run/nominate for and what you/they would contribute to the organization by Friday, October 21.

 

According to the UACHS bylaws:

 

All officers will be elected to a one-year term with an automatic second-year renewal if officer so desires and the duties of the position are being fulfilled-for a total term limit of three years.

 

The Vice-President shall preside over meetings if the President is absent. The Recording Secretary shall keep the minutes of all meetings and prepare their web posting and their distribution for approval at subsequent meetings.
