Welcome to Music Appreciation, Choir, and Instrumental Music at UACHS. 

 

I have 15+ years of experience as a professional musician and educator. This is my first year at this school, and I am so excited to work with your students and get them excited about music. 

 

Music is a language we all share and understand, and it influences our lives daily. It is my main goal to get your students feeling more and more excited and in tune with the music that they listen to. In this class we will primarily be delving into the great works of each century, as well as important musicians of the 20th century such as Miles Davis and Charlie Parker.

Students will also be working on various projects and prepare for various performances throughout the year, and all written instructions will be given in class and posted on Schoology.
